Sir Baby Becomes A Man

☆ June 1, 2010

On Sunday, we put Sir Baby in a gorgeous pasture filled with lush, knee-high grass. Bushy alfalfa. Two huge shade trees. Fresh flowing water. And twenty plump, eager virgins. It’s time for Baby to earn his keep!

Sir Baby trotted through the gate. He stopped for a breath as the heifers surrounded him. Then he ran.

And the girls took off after him.

And when he stopped, the herd of heifers surrounded him once again.

(that’s Sir Baby in the foreground, and a hussy in the back riding another heifer)

And so he ran across the pasture,

and they chased him that way, too.

They want him bad.

My Baby has a lot to learn. And a lot to do.

Love this post–I laughed out loud at it. Poor Sir Baby–desired by all and totally flummoxed by it!
I predict the light bulb will go on pretty soon and then he’ll be strutting around like it was all his idea all along!

Hahaha this reminds me of a simple game we played in elementary school — “Girls Chase Boys.” Every once in a while someone announced that it was Boys Chase Girls, but mostly, it was the girls chasing and the boys running away as fast as they could!

    LOL.

Maybe he’s just shy and doesn’t want to get caught doing it on camera.

He may be clueless now, but I’ll bet one of those little flowers deflowers him within the week.

I can just hear the voices of those California Cheese Cows in my head.

Oh, just too funny. Oh my. Though definitely a comedy to be watched from the far side of a fence.

I think Janet H. pretty much summed it up. Plus, with those gals so eager to demonstrate with each other what they need him to do…

Thanks again, Shreve. I’ll be giggling for days, thinking of this.

The nice thing is that he will probably be a very polite and gentle bull, he’s not pushy or brash or overly confident, a real gentleman!…no wonder they all like him!!!

What great pictures! What a nice place for them!
    Lots of sir-babies next year!

What joy and laughter you must have felt to watch this pursuit unfold!! I am smiling just looking at the pictures!

He’ll figure it out very soon,,,I am sure.

Poor boy! all those hot females!! LOL
BTW also enjoyed the picture of Charlie with the remnants of his toy…my 130 lb sheperd would rip the stuffing out of the fleece toys and then only want to play with and keep the fleecy shell around. so weird but they are THEIR toys!

Thanks Shreve for the great sense of humor in the way you posted this…it is too funny!

Justin who knows exactly how Sir Baby feels…you don’t happen to be a certain Justin from a certain boy band do you? If so, maybe you can offer some suggestions on dealing with crazed females!

Thank you for sharing this precious moment, I needed the smile I got from reading this post. I think what made the pictures even more fantastic…the poofs of dust coming up off the ground – indicating there may be a bit of urgency in everyone’s involvement.

This is too funny. It’s like they all shreiked “a man” and took off. Did he ever find the one, or are they still all chasing the poor guy. Oh the trials of being so handsome.

Jeez, poor guy! Raised as an individualist and suddenly confronted with herd mentality! He just needs the time to realize that being a rock star has perks as well as paparazzi…

Terrific photo series – you’ll be able to make him blush in embarassment for years when you bring THOSE shots out for company!

Shreve: you know they had to show the male gorilla at the National Zoo a few porno movies before he got the idea. Maybe you could show Sir Baby something like Daisy(not yours) does Durango or Tammy Temps Tucson. Or maybe Mike should sit him down and have the “talk”

    cackle, chuckle, snort.

  49. Karen O.
    June 2nd, 2010 @ 9:39 am

See, this is what happens why a boy meets a girl that knows what she wants. He just can’t handle it. And 20 at a time? That’s just overload right there… ;)

Looks like a scene from “A Hard Day’s Night.” Poor Baby’s looking for a train or a limo to dive into to get away from his shrieking fans. And those shameless girls! LOL Didn’t anyone ever tell them ladies don’t chase boys that way? Tsk.
