Hey,,,,you doing MY job now? :-)
You must admit that ER is an adrenaline rush, tho.
Now you need to go home and soak in a hot tub and wash the ER off of you and just relax and breathe. No more work for a few days.
April 19th, 2011 @ 8:11 pm
Sounds like OVERLOAD to me! Get a glass of wine and go soak in your outdoor tub :D
April 19th, 2011 @ 8:21 pm
Sounds like someone deserves a long nap :)
April 19th, 2011 @ 8:28 pm
Tea if you’ve got it.
A nap.
A hot bath.
In no particular order.
A few kisses from the farmily and you’ll be good to go again.
How is Daisy? How soon?
April 19th, 2011 @ 8:52 pm

M ~ she is close! less than a month away from her due date! she’s laying around a lot, but still perky and happy as uszj….
April 19th, 2011 @ 8:55 pm
REST WELL TONIGHT, SHREVE!
April 19th, 2011 @ 9:25 pm
Fried and learning how to save lives while sleep deprive. Don’t worry, you will master the art of functioning little to no sleep while making life and death decisions… And it does get easier with time, LOL! In true EMT/Paramedic style. trust me.
April 19th, 2011 @ 9:51 pm
Time for some R&R, girl!
Great photo, too.
April 19th, 2011 @ 10:05 pm

Does MC do a good foot massage? Go for it! A friend(female)of mine loves foot massages, it gives what I call “orthopodal orginisms”(orgasms) send your body to bliss and get the tired out!

Followup
The name “Orginism” comes from a guy I used to work with. It was a Italian Restaurant, one day a couple came in and had supper, and too much Chianti. She started howling and laughing and Abe looked at me and muttered”I think she is having a orginism”!

It’s definitely snooze time. Curl up under a blankie with your head buried in a pillow and drift off. Sweet dreams, Shreve.
April 20th, 2011 @ 9:50 am
Rest
Sleep
Cuddle a coyote
Cuddle a hound
Cuddle a cow
Cuddle a bull or two
Pet the cat. He just does not look like he cuddles well.
Repeat….

… a wonderful thing to stretch to it’s limits!
All of the people you will help in the future are thanking you now. Or if they aren’t, then I will. Thank You!
A cuddle with Charlie & Chloe should be prescribed… just sit or lie on the floor, and let them work their magic. Dunno, you might want to include that cowboy in the mix, also.
Thank you for taking the time for this new adventure! We’ve had EMT’s and ambulances too many times at this house, and I’ve spent Waaaaayyyyy too much time in Emergency rooms. Not for me, but for others. I appreciate the work you are doing. Good Job!
April 20th, 2011 @ 12:35 pm
Get in that outdoor tub of yours!
April 20th, 2011 @ 12:42 pm
A most eloquent image, with all the elements and coloring adding up to deep-fried burn-out. Recover while you can; who knows how much time you have… ;)
April 20th, 2011 @ 7:25 pm
Patr ~ it would seem that way, re/ Eli, but the opposite is true – he loves to cuddle, to a degree that teeters on neediness!
Sunny ~ I would love to put LIVER on my tax return :)
Thanks All!
