I find it interesting that they turn down over the eye unlike our upward ones.

Oh, what lovely lashes. There are super models all over the world who would do anything to have such long lashes. And Fiona gets them gratis, thanks to Mother Daisy and Mother Nature!

I can tell she’s already growing bigger than her birth pictures.
June 22nd, 2011 @ 9:07 am
way too sweet for words. I would love eyelashes like that!
June 22nd, 2011 @ 9:34 am
She still has the most beautiful coloring to her and yes, you can tell she is growing fast! I have always loved photos of eyes. After all they are windows to the soul.

Is it very odd that I want to snuggle and kiss your cows, yes, especially Fiona, but really all of them. Just snuggle in, with kisses and sunshine.
Totally unrelated comment – my dogs loved the elk horns more than I’ve ever seen them love any toy. They shared them, instead of each chewing on one (like they usually do with toys), they picked one, shared it, and now are on the second one. Together. You inspire love, Shreve!

PA ~ awww, that comment made my day :)

My son has lashes like that. His fiance calls them Snuffleupagus lashes.

It’s the details of nature that make it such a miracle. She’s a real looker, Shreve!

Lovely, but it is the ears and swirl on the nose that I love on cows….
Holey (she lost her ear tag, thus the name) loves to have the area right at the base behind her ear scratched.
Moley (what eles would you call Holey’s sister?) likes the swirl rubbin…

My dog has crazy long eyelashes like that. Maybe she’s part cow…
June 22nd, 2011 @ 1:20 pm
A real close-up of the lovely Princess Fiona! She is so beautiful, and I expect she’ll grow into an especially lovely cow. You and Daisy must be so proud…

Dawwwww <3
Hey Shreve, what are your plans for Fiona? We’re keeping her right? Right? RIGHT?!
June 22nd, 2011 @ 2:09 pm
Cin ~ yes. Yes. YES!
June 22nd, 2011 @ 2:12 pm
My favorite places to pet a cow are the forehead swirl and the soft, soft nose and it seems to me those would be perfect vantage points from which to admire Fiona’s very lovely eyes. You couldn’t have named her any of the other names people suggested, Shreve. She IS Fiona. It’s obvious!
June 23rd, 2011 @ 10:06 pm
OMG total beauty I really want to kiss her. Do you need someone to look after the cows while you are on adventure? may I volunteer? may I just kiss them each so i can die a happy woman?? ….sigh
June 24th, 2011 @ 8:42 am
Sweet baby girl. I am sooo digging that sunburst on her forehead. Does she come when you call her by her beautiful name?
Every warm, lovely thing in existence is captured in this photo.
(p.s. – thanks for the “yes. Yes. YES!”)
June 27th, 2011 @ 11:09 pm
hey, how much would you charge to let me get a copy of this picture? I would love to print it an hang it in my living room.
June 28th, 2011 @ 9:50 am
Oh, how fairy-like!!!!
June 29th, 2011 @ 4:59 am
Precious baby girl…
