Well all right then… helps (and pleases) my right brain no end. :) Thanks for putting this together – you, of course, are at the very base and roots, and so many of us love all who occupy this farmily tree.

Have a great day prepping/moving the whole fam-damily up the mountain!

    Great information! thank you.

Why is Ricardo the only goose, or, for that matter, only fowl? Geese love their flocks, which must be why he guards the cows.

pat ~ there were once five geese, and four have been killed by cars and an ex-neighbor’s dogs. so yeah, now that he’s the only goose, he’s bonded with the cows.

Eli was possibly the father?! Let’s hope there are no more extras and by now everyone has been either spayed or neutered.

    @Miranda:

Read this, under the post titled “Online Communication”:

That explains why Eli is not neutered.

i’m surprised that i have been reading long enough to keep everyone straight!

which leads me to ask…do you find it strange / weird that folks across the country (world?) are incredibly familiar with those closest to you? i know, back when i blogged more regularly, when i meet someone who mentioned a story i told on my site it stopped me in my tracks for a few seconds. this big, bad internet certainly is a strange beast.
    (sheesh, i’m only 40 and sound 90!)

I think Daisy is the most impossibly beautiful cow I have ever, ever seen. I’d also like to BEG you for more pictures of her baby. Beautiful little Fiona!!!

Thanks for the clarification. You have such a nice happy family. I just read “horses” category and giggled at Flicka. The horse that has never meet a stranger.

Wow how the family has grown. I remember when I first started reading about your adventures there was Eli and Charlie….and now WOW look at the farmily. And how you Shreve have grown and expanded your adventures. Such a wonderful story to follow!

Abd ub reply to #8 hello haha narf—that fear is what keeps me from blogging myslef. lol What is a stranger reads it?? Even worse what if someone I know reads it and comments!! I have lots to say, lol just don’t know if anyone wants to read it!! :)

Shreve, thank you for the answer re Ricardo. I was afraid that might have been the case. At least he has an adopted flock now!

Cathie, consider not doing a public blog. There’s one called LiveJournal where you can control who gets access to your blog, so you can make sure strangers don’t get in to read it!

What a lovely Farmily! Sure looks as good, if not better than some family trees I’ve seen! I love the two sets of eyes in the picture of Pita and Charlie (Dinner Date). They both say so much.

Don’t forget to add Shreve, the matriarch of this Farmily, to the list! :-)

I would have lost patience organizing a post like this after the first link……. if you did this on your new, little ,cell phone *amazing*. I really like the extended family part of your post, as I too had missed some of those pics!

If Eli is the father of females Mushy and Kettle, they should both be tan & grey. If one of them has no tan, cat genetics excludes Eli as the father.

Charlie’s pics and the rest of the troop really relax me. At my most fundimental level all humans are the same, all animals are the same. Pure love.
