I agree wit Bethany I bet the air does smell wonderful. Love the pic of the cabin too. Wish I had something like that at my place. Would love to spend the sunny afternoons napping inside.

The clouds in the rain photo look awesome. I love the smell of the rain. Living here in Washington state, we get so much rain it’s crazy.
The smell of the rain drives me nuts, I love it so much. Especially in the grasses and trees. Great shots.

Love RAIN so much. The sound of it on the roof, and just watching the dark clouds pouring water on all plants and creatures that need it.

Quick question…I thought I saw a fence in the background of some of Charlie’s photos. Just making sure there is a fence and he is safe! I know that would have been the first thing you put up.

Slanting rain over wide-open land… it would stir most people, I think. Perhaps such a scene speaks to our distant, African savannah roots.

oh! everyone talking about the ozone smell of the rain! in texas, we are throwing pennies in wells, doing rain dances of dubious origins, crossing fingers, and pretty much anything else that might bring us some relief via the skies. at least i got to relish a memory of rain from your post!
