It’s giveaway time!
Charlie and I had birthdays last week, and in honor of Charlie turning SIX, I’m putting together a Wyoming care package to send off to one of you.
This weather is getting me DOWN, so let’s have some fun. Leave a comment or a link to a funny gif to enter the giveaway, and whoever makes me laugh the longest and hardest will WIN!

The funniest gift I ever got was from my 15 year old daughter, she wrote me a letter telling me how much she cared and somehow has a sentence in it that says” i’m not sure i ever told you but I know you’re my mother”, i still laugh so last year for christmas i gave her the dr. seuse book “are you my mother” and at the end i pasted her pic to the baby bird and my pic to the mommy bird….lol…happy bday charlie and shreve…

Happy birthday to you both! Don’t know how to do a gif so here is a little story. Almost 20 years ago when David and i met (me 35 and him 42) he was living in massachusetts and I was in east Tennessee. I used to swim at the university pool. There were very serious swimmers and all the men wore speedos. I was a broke student so shopping was limited to thrift stores. It was at a Goodwill that I was so excited to find a used red speedo. How perfect for David to wear to the beach that summer in his small New England town. The look on his face was precious when he saw that suit and it got disapeared right away.

A mom visits her son, who lives with a girl roommate, for dinner. During the course of the meal, his mother couldn’t help but notice that his roommate was very pretty! She had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this had only made her more curious.
Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact, she started to wonder if there was more between him and his roommate than met the eye. Reading his mom’s thoughts, his son volunteered, “I know what you must be thinking, but I assure you, we are just roommates.”
About a week later, his roommate came to him saying, “Ever since your mother came to dinner, I’ve been unable to find the silver plate. You don’t suppose she took it, do you?” He said “Well, I doubt it, but I’ll email her, just to be sure.” He sat down and wrote : Dear Mother: I’m not saying that you ‘did’ take the silver plate from my house, I’m not saying that you ‘did not’ take the silver plate, but the fact remains that it has been missing ever since you were here for dinner. Love, your son.
Several days later, he received an email from his Mother which read: Dear Son: I’m not saying that you ‘do’ sleep with your roommate, and I’m not saying that you ‘do not’ sleep with her. But the fact remains that if she was sleeping in her OWN bed, she would have found the silver plate by now, under the pillow… Love, Mom.

A man is driving along a highway and sees a rabbit jump out across the middle of the road.
He swerves to avoid hitting it, but unfortunately the rabbit jumps right in front of the car. The driver, a sensitive man as well as an animal lover, pulls over and gets out to see what has become of the rabbit. Much to his dismay, the rabbit is dead. The driver feels so awful that he begins to cry.
A beautiful blonde woman driving down the highway sees a man crying on the side of the road and pulls over. She steps out of the car and asks the man what’s wrong? “I feel terrible, “he explains, “I accidentally hit this rabbit and killed it.” The blonde says, “Don’t worry.” She runs to her car and pulls out a spray can.
She walks over to the limp, dead rabbit, bends down and sprays the contents onto the rabbit. The rabbit jumps up, waves its paw at the two of them and hops off down the road. Ten feet away the rabbit stops, turns around and waves again, he hops down the road another 10 feet, turns and waves, hops another ten feet, turns and waves and repeats this again and again and again, until he hops off out of sight.
The man is astonished. He runs over to the woman and demands, “What is in that can? What did you spray on that rabbit?” The woman turns the can around so that the man can read the label.
