Really curious about something….what ever happened to the gray calf? Did her color change as she grew or did she remain gray/blue in color? Daisy is smiling cause she is in pregnancy bliss!
February 24th, 2014 @ 1:53 pm
D ~ the gray calf bleached out and became a kind of tan/greige color.

What a serene cow.
Do you think she knows what a wonderful life she is leading now? I hope she appreciates it. Frisco and Sir Baby and Fiona have never known anything different, but Daisy has. She had her life before and has her life now. I wonder if she thinks about how lucky she is.

M ~ She knows, definitely. The people at the dairy were wonderful – they named her! – but she runs the show here, and is *quite* pleased with her position as Queen Mother.
February 27th, 2014 @ 6:49 pm
She makes me smile just looking at her! How wonder-ful.
