Baby bump alert! Can’t wait for the future cover of Farmily Weekly with Daisy on the cover – How I Got My Body Back! (Sidebar of magazine devoted to the ongoing feud between Pouf Rooster and Chloe. “The Claws Come Out!”)
July 16th, 2014 @ 10:01 am
Bless her heart she is HUGE…any chance of twins?
How does she keep herself so clean?

she looks beautiful, and so healthy! (but oh my gosh, i’m sure glad i don’t have to go thru that every year). sending good vibes from here in the mountains for a smooth delivery.
July 16th, 2014 @ 11:34 am
C ~ I have no idea… on both counts!

Delighted to hear Maia and Jupiter doing so well!
July 16th, 2014 @ 1:12 pm
What’s the cleaver-like mark on her side?
July 16th, 2014 @ 1:18 pm
T ~ She was branded at the dairy long before I get her. I think it looks like the big dipper.
July 16th, 2014 @ 1:50 pm
praying for a safe delivery and health to everyone! looking forward to reading more…
July 16th, 2014 @ 1:50 pm

July 17th, 2014 @ 11:08 am
I’m so glad I don’t have to try and walk and lay down with my giant boobs between my legs. Though I’m sure Daisy is a pro and does it with grace!
July 17th, 2014 @ 11:51 am
Aw, another little girl!!! WAHOOO!
July 17th, 2014 @ 11:55 am
Congrats. Hope Mom and little girl are doing fine.
July 17th, 2014 @ 12:21 pm
Daisy looks healthy and just about ready to deliver her new baby. I hope she has a smooth—no problems delivery!
July 17th, 2014 @ 3:01 pm
Perhaps a silly question, but what’s on her belly that looks like a wee hand or curl-toed foot trying to reach through? (In front of the udder, looks like a big vein is pointing right at it.)
July 17th, 2014 @ 3:59 pm
Congrats! So happy to hear a new baby girl for Daisy! Thanks for letting us know. Go nap, by all means! Get some much-earned rest, and we’ll look forward to pics and story when you can. …And the search for names begins…
Amy(16) – ha, me too!
July 17th, 2014 @ 4:21 pm
A ~ That’s called the milk vein! All cows have it, but it’s very prominent in Daisy (and probably most dairy cows) as it connects heart and udder and her udder is huge. But a curl-toed foot trying to reach through is much more exciting (and it TOEtally looks like that! :)
July 17th, 2014 @ 6:37 pm
Congratulations on the new baby! Such an exciting and busy time! Looking forward to seeing the little lady when time permits!
July 17th, 2014 @ 7:35 pm
I didn’t think they branded cows anymore. And yes, it does look like the big dipper.
Congrats on the new baby girl. Hope Mom and daughter are doing fine. Can’t wait to see what color this one turns out to be.
Pretty soon you are going to have to start a boutique cheese making enterprise you are going to be swimming in so much milk.
July 17th, 2014 @ 11:05 pm
As Melanie said in Gone With The Wind, “the happiest days are when babies come.” Wishing happy days to you and Daisy and the new little cow-lette.
July 18th, 2014 @ 4:09 am
Such happy news!! Congrats to Daisy and you for a sweet new baby girl! <3
July 18th, 2014 @ 1:57 pm
So glad to hear that all went well, after the year you’ve had I’ve been holding my breath. Can’t wait for the pic’s.
