Wow — pretty different from your usual pix! But they are neat. I’m sure you’ll share the location when you get a chance.

NG – yes, quite a different view! equally awesome, in my opinion. these were taken in Tempe AZ.

I wish my brain could conceive of things this creative. I’m in awe of those through whom art flows.

Did you deliver the beef again this year? I’m glad you’re having a bit of a road trip to refresh your spirits. Fascinating pictures!

Awesome. I’ll bet the change from horizontal, nature-made landscapes to vertical, human-made landscapes was startling (and refreshing!).

Awesome. If it was “for a sec”, then I’d guess Rapid City. Maybe in Art Alley?

Amazing art on that theatre.
Graffiti is such an urbanly beautiful artform (even if some of them are commissioned).

We have a lot of walls like this is LA, too.

You’re just a lil’ south of me. If you happen to be passing thru Utah, and have the time please visit me/Best Friend’s in Kanab. If you’d be so inclined I’ve got a gazillion questions for you.

very cool pics.

It is like a jolt of energy leaving home and seeing new places and artscapes for a change. We don’t leave until the fall but I can’t wait, hope you cool off down there by then.

These are fantastical! I agree with Amy in that I wish I had the gift of art. Very cool.

Darn it! You were so close to me! I live in Tucson! Come there next! :-)

Glad to see you had at least a second of time for a bit more than driving and delivering beef!
Since you don’t have a comment section on the Star Brand Beef site, I’ll just post here – already tried some sirloins and they were fantastic! Wonderful flavor and extremely tender. I had never tried grass-finished beef so was taking your word for it. While doing a little internet searching, I found a site in AZ which raises and sells 100% grass-fed beef and they “highly recommend” also purchasing a mechanical meat tenderizer. The sirloins certainly didn’t need it.
August 5th, 2014 @ 4:14 pm
Suz, those mechanical tenderizers are responsible for Listeria if not cleaned properly, stick with the natural tenderness.

Shreve, have you ever considered taking up the trombone?

Apparently cows are quite fond of brass instruments.
August 6th, 2014 @ 2:49 pm
Where did you come across this stuff? It’s so well done.

Shreve – this art is interesting but there is no person-made art that can compare with Charlie – his grace, his handsomeness, his intelligence. He even has kindness in his eyes – I love looking at him – he’s the greatest at of all. And so are your other family members.

Maybe you’re going to have to learn an instrument.

Glad you enjoyed the street art. Good of you to come through Phoenix in the summer heat.

Street art is .. passionate. I bet inspires a lot of conversations…… kind of like your amazing life with Charlie! I love watching you and Charlie and the rest of the Farmily.
