Flicka Blue, Flicka White
☆ February 9, 2016
Well, one month into the new year and I’m not writing as much here as I’d planned. But this morning, as with many other mornings, I did write something real and important and good and it’s for the book and that’s just the trade off. Flicka makes up for it, right?

The beauty of horses never fails to move me: their flowing strength, shining coats and long, eloquent faces. Thanks for sharing.

I’m a little fire engine, Flick is my name
They won’t let me put out fires, isn’t that a shame.
Someday when I’m big and strong I’ll fight every flame,
When there is a fire in town, quick!
Call the little engine, call the little engine, call the little engine FLICK!
