What a view! Best views are always aboard a horse!

You should have heard the immense sigh that was emitted from deep within me when I saw this photo… wow!

The happiest times for me have been in moments like that….out alone with my horse …

The land stretching out… Whenever I go walking on my family’s land, and get twenty minutes or so away from the road or any of our buildings, I think to myself: I am the only human being for a half mile in ANY direction… this is luxury. This is wealth.

This is gorgeous! I love how your horse matches the earth – it’s as though the two of you were just meant to explore the trails together.

I agree with Claudia, my soul just wanted to leap from me and go into that picture.

I envy you, sometimes. I can sense the peace.

Ooooh, that looks like a good road…and a good feeling, laying horse tracks on top of tire tracks.

It put a smile on my face…as it reminds me of my horses (5). We had a long dirt road like this leading back to the pasture. We would all line up and race down that road. They loved getting into a flat run. What great times they were.

Whenever I see this pic, the song “Happy Trails” comes into my head, lol

I have a couple of photos like this from the backs of our horses. They are always fun pictures, and one adornes my computer desktop.

The world viewed from between my horses ears.
I could really enjoy living the way you do.

Ahhh…. Being horseback with nothing but country ahead of me is my best blood pressure medicine.
April 26th, 2010 @ 9:07 am
This is the best view in the entire world. Nothing is better than seeing the world from between the ears of a horse. What peace.
