His flame (aka spirit) will never go out.

What a beautiful blaze

Do your horses go barefoot?
May 11th, 2010 @ 3:04 pm
He is so beautiful. I miss having horses. I hope that once my kids are grown and gone I will be able to get another one

You’re right about sharing a hair color! :)

This picture looks like you “burned” the edges a little to create the feeling of a border. Is that a photoshop thing or just your talented-ness?
May 11th, 2010 @ 8:40 pm
Enlightening! ; )

He’s your candle on the water?
Is candle the term used in horse talk to describe that shape of blaze or are you just being poetic?

The picture looks very retro. The blue sky among the cloud contrasts nicely with Ranger’s red coat that matches the earth tones. Very old fashion tones, a painting background.
It’s really good.

Just returned from NY City so am catching up on Charlie and the gang. Love Rangers beauty mark and his very fetching blond bangs :o) As always thank you for sharing so much of your life with us.

That face is melting my heart.
Btw, I couldn’t help thinking “Two Cute” could be another town in Wyoming, just down the road from Ten Sleep. Heh.

I agree with Catherine–an old fashioned, old west look. I really like it. I bet if I stared long enough without blinking I would see the Ranger’s flame flicker!
Shreve, you could photograph a road apple and it would be an amazing piece of art.

Love it. Stunning.

Well, good morning, Beautiful Boy!

He’s so cute with his candle. One horse I take care of has a question mark and my mustang mare looks like someone took a paint brush and splotched it on and the paint is dripping down her face, the splotch itself has a moon shape with a haze around it. Her name is Luna.
